Q: What are your shipping policies?

A:  We currently use the US Postal Service for all shipping.  All of the prices in our store include FREE shipping to the continental USA.  International shipping will incur an additional charge on top of the base price depending on the item.  All items will include tracking and more expensive items will include insurance.  Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy varies by item.  All ear pad and headband sales are final due to the nature of the product.  All other products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

Q: What kind of lead time can I expect on your products?

A: Lead time will vary by product and should be listed on the product page.  In general, the lead time on completed headphones will be the longest, while hand-made items will take somewhat less time, and 3D printed items will take the least.  All of the products we make ourselves are made to-order to keep our prices as low as possible.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
